ADF^® Spray-Dried Protein Hydrolysates

One of the most successful approaches to formulating hypo-allergenic pet diets is the use of hydrolyzed animal proteins in which the molecular weight is reduced to a level that makes an allergic reaction unlikely. ADF’s protein hydrolysates can deliver the majority of the protein required in these diets.

The well-balanced amino acid profiles in ADF’s meat hydrolysates are highly digestible and efficiently utilized.

These animal based protein products minimize the challenge of essential amino acid limitations that occur with single plant protein sources.

Application Information

Use 5–60% for dry or 0.5–20% for wet petfood formulations as a source of low allergenicity animal protein, to balance nutritional quality or increase nutrient digestibility in dog and cat foods, treats and other consumable pet products.
